This course develops practical, career-oriented skills for students exploring or preparing to enter real estate or a related industry. Particular emphasis is placed on utilizing Microsoft Excel to create functional financial models. Additionally, this course focuses on the valuation of real property and the decision-making process around determining the highest and best use. Led by an industry professional, undergraduate students participate heavily in the course's operations, culminating in a case study presentation.
