Centering Real Estate Development in Health & Sustainability
What makes a place healthy? What can we do as citizens and leaders to create conditions for better health? Students will work in 4-5-person teams to develop a proposal for redeveloping a large vacant parcel. The redevelopment will be designed to address historical health, environmental, and economic disparities experienced in this community. The proposals will be grounded in sustainability and healthy-living principles.
