Data Visualization

This course covers foundations of data visualization and best practices to help students effectively analyze data and present their insights clearly in a way that will engage their audience. The course provides discussions and presentations on topics such as visual perception, the various chart types and when to use them, the effective use of colors, typography, maps, and other visualization techniques for incorporating analytics and storytelling, and teaches through many examples of compare and contrast.
