CHEM 1012 General Chemistry II (summer)
This course will only be offered during the summer session. This course is a continuation of CHEM1011. Topics include: properties of solids and liquids; colligative properties; chemical kinetics; equilibrium; acids, bases, and buffers; solubility and precipitation; spontaneity, free energy, and the second law of thermodynamics; and electrochemistry. Pre-requisite: Students who take this course should have passed a General Chemistry I course similar to CHEM1011.
