GERM 6699 Honors Thesis

The honors thesis in German Studies is offered to interested students who maintain a cumulative average of at least 3.3 in German. These students may begin a six credit research project that will lead to a 60 to 80 page honors thesis completed during the fall and spring of their senior year. The thesis is a major scholarly enterprise entailing independent research and writing; the final product is an essay embodying the results of original research and substantiating a specific view of the subject matter.
