LAWS 8339 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic
EIC will be of interest to students interested in transactional work generally and getting hands-on, practical experience representing small businesses and innovators of all types. The clients are mostly very early stage for profit businesses and a few nonprofit organizations, but the experience is relevant to transactional/corporate practice in any setting.
