Of importance are the VC's exit strategies, term sheet negotiations, and syndicating. Course includes analyzing long term financial projections as part of a simulation, in which you work with the Entrepreneurial Finance course to analyze early-stage deal terms and negotiate an investment round. This course is for people who are not taking nor plan to take MFIN2210 Entrepreneurial Finance.
