This is a weekly discussion section for students in the Gateway to STEM Program to accompany Behavioral Neuroscience (PSYC2285). In addition to reviewing and reinforcing lessons from PSYC2285 and exam preparation, this course will discuss how to read and interpret neuroscience journal articles, careers in neuroscience, common data analysis methods in neuroscience and other student-initiated topics. Periodically guest scientists will be brought to class to discuss research and careers, and answer student questions.
