UNRS 1202 Kostka Women's Experience Living and Learning Community, Residential Leadership Seminar (Part I)

The Residential Leadership Seminar will accompany the Kostka Womens Experiences Residential Seminar (RS). Upper-class students will act as Teaching Assistants (TAs) to the faculty member and first-year residents. The TAs will participate in a preparatory workshop and monthly meetings to integrate the knowledge gained from their intellectual pursuits and synthesize it with their personal and ethical growth through this academic and co-curricular journey. Students will develop their leadership skills and further their understanding of the universitys mission of formative education, all the while continuing to shape their own academic and professional goals. There is a required accompanying 1-credit, P/F course in the spring.
