Biography

Senior level financial services professional with broad cross-functional experience in all aspects of managing retirement plans and their investments. Experienced in business development, operations management, sales, relationship management, product development, investment analysis, and general management in a highly demanding growth environment. After a successful business career, earned an MS in Applied Economics from Boston College and became an Adjunct Professor in Finance and Leadership. Has achieved success as: Adjunct professor at Boston College Senior Vice President of Operations for one of the largest organizations in the retirement business. Senior Vice President of Sales for one of the fastest growing companies in the asset management business. Senior Vice President and Head of a multi-billion dollar business unit with bottom line accountability for all aspects of the business. Built four successful businesses including 401k, Total Retirement Outsourcing (TRO), Taft-Hartley, and 403b. Retirement industry thought leader, published author, and frequent speaker at industry conferences and government hearings. Regarded as an innovative, demanding, and results oriented individual with a demonstrated history of success. Possesses the unique ability to rapidly move between strategy and tactical implementation across all disciplines.
