Erin Lechter

Biography

Erin Lechter, LICSW, is an adjunct faculty member at the BC School of Social Work and is the full time Clinical Director for the Needham Campus of Walker, Inc. In this role, Ms. Lechter oversees the clinical services provided to children and families served by the Therapeutic Day School, Residential Educational Program, and Intensive Group Home. Additionally, Ms. Lechter supervises the agency’s Permanency Specialist and oversees the implementation of Walker’s Permanency Practice Model. She has been at Walker since September of 2005.
