Biography

CEO SynergyUSA, LLC Kimberly Walton, Esq. is an experienced executive, attorney, consultant, and Adjunct Professor at Boston College. She is the Founder and CEO of SynergyUSA, LLC, a workforce and organizational strategy consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen culture, leadership, governance, civil rights compliance, and employee experience. Her work focuses on dignity and belonging, inclusive leadership, organizational transformation, policy implementation, and sustainable workplace change. Kimberly brings more than 20 years of senior executive experience in the federal government, including leadership roles at the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security and Commerce. She previously served as Executive Assistant Administrator for Enterprise Support at the Transportation Security Administration, where she oversaw mission-support operations including human capital, acquisition, procurement, training, logistics, and related services for more than 62,000 employees. She also served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and as Director of Civil Rights for the Department of Commerce. Her leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Presidential Rank Award, the Roger W. Jones Award for Executive Leadership, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary’s Award for Management, the TSA Silver Medal Award, and the TSA Trailblazer Award. Kimberly serves on the Boards of Directors of the National Academy of Public Administration and the Senior Executives Association.
