LAWS 4771 Advanced Entrepreneurship & Innovation Practice

The Advanced Entrepreneurship & Innovation Practice course is a 2 or 3 credit pop-up clinic that allows students who have completed the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic the opportunity, with permission of the Clinic Director, to stay engaged in one or more of the Clinic's long-term matters and experience new lawyering responsibilities. The clinic represents for-profit and nonprofit entities in transactional matters only.
