Biography
With over 20 years of experience working in private practice and school-based counseling, my passion is working with adolescents, young adults, and their family systems (including workplace and chosen families). A large part of my work has centered on presenting to parents, students, teachers, and employees on subjects ranging from adolescent/identity development to managing anxiety and big feelings to burnout prevention.
