Biography
Cathy Utzschneider is the lead faculty for sports leadership and coaching for performance. A professor since 2005-2006, she is a national expert in goal achievement -- the subject of her four books, a TEDTalk, and hundreds of articles. She is also founder of the coaching practice, MOVE! - a method of goal achievement that helps all kinds of coaches and executives help others with goal achievement. Cathy's 25 years of experience as a national- and world-class masters athlete and her doctoral dissertation on goal achievement and excellence support the method. A certification in the MOVE! method has created a community of professionals focused on helping others.
