Coach and Consultant, Teleos Leadership Institute. Megan brings care and compassion for each employee to her coaching and consulting at Teleos Leadership Institute. Her work focuses on organizational culture change and working with new people leaders. Megan contributes her strong organizational skills and detail-orientation to the Teleos team and engages with clients through project management and program design. She also enjoys being a member of the Dynamic Inquiry team, where she can gain greater insight into an organization’s culture and the leadership behaviors to evaluate current strengths or areas for growth.
