Choose a topic, describe what you saw, and add an email address only if you would like a reply. Messages go to the site's developer and are never published.

Data correction or source question

Include the course code, instructor name, page URL, the field you believe is wrong, and an authoritative source where one exists. A correction that names the specific field and its source can be checked and applied quickly; a general report usually cannot.

Corrections to catalog metadata are re-imported from the source snapshot rather than edited by hand, so a fix may wait for the next import run.

Privacy or account request

Describe the request and the email address associated with it. Never send a password, a multi-factor code, or a government identifier — Linden Study neither needs nor wants them.

The privacy notice sets out what the service handles, what it never asks for, and what a request can cover.

Accessibility feedback

Include the page, the browser or assistive technology you were using, what you expected to happen, and the barrier you encountered. That is enough to reproduce most problems.

Security report

Choose Bug or broken page and start the message with “Security”. Describe how to reproduce it, without exploit details or anyone's data, and without accessing another person's data or disrupting the service.

Not for emergencies or official BC matters

Linden Study cannot handle emergencies, conduct investigations, registration changes, grade disputes, accommodations, or university account support. Use the appropriate official or emergency channel for those.
