Consumer Behavior
This course provides an overview of consumer behavior and how to apply the knowledge to achieve strategic marketing objectives. Furthermore, it introduces key frameworks of behavioral economics and provides insights in designing behavioral interventions to nudge people towards better choices. Concepts, processes, and models from marketing, psychology, and other behavioral sciences will be discussed.
